Magical Portraits – Commercial Photography

I like doing headshots and portraits in the studio, but, I like doing special portraits and headshots in the studio even more! It allows me to work with a theme and make something a bit special and different (not that I dislike other headshots or portraits).

How do headshots work?

The photoshoot ideas started some time before the actual photoshoot with me an Paul discussing some things and how they might best work in regards to the website. It’s important to make sure that the photos will work as they are designed to.

Shoot day

Paul and his partner came down to the studio with 2 suitcases full of books (photos to follow) and a few changes of clothes. These images will be used on the ‘Art of the Impossible’ website so there is some element of Pauls writing (he’s a well published author) and also there his magicians skills. A good magician never reveals his tricks and this is the same with photography, though likely with less smoke and mirrors.
